摘　　要：高校效能监察工作是提高高校各部门工作效率与效益,保证廉洁高效运转的重要手段之一,且高校效能监察工作有多方面的法律与制度依据,对于改进高校管理工作,实现党风廉政建设目标等具有重要意义。而长期以来,高校对于效能监察工作推进力度欠佳,意识不强、力量不足、机制不健全均为当前此项工作体现出的问题。由现状中分析其薄弱的原因所在,明确高校效能监察工作的方向与目标,进而提高效能监察工作的有效力度,完善高校廉政建设。Efficiency supervision in colleges and universities is one of the important means to improve the efficiency and benefit of different departments and to assure integrity and efficient operation of colleges and universities. At the same time, efficiency supervision in colleges and universities, with legal and systematic basis in many ways, is of great significance to improve the management of colleges and universities and realize the goal of promoting ethical Party and government. However, for a long time, the supervision work in colleges and universities is not good enough. Poor consciousness, insufficient strength, and defective mechanism are all the current problems in this work. To analyze the reasons and make clear the direction and goals of efficiency supervision work can eventually improve its efficacy and construct a clean and honest administration in colleges and universities.
