长期住院精神分裂症患者事件相关电位P300分析研究

摘　　要：目的探讨长期住院精神分裂症患者P300的波幅、潜伏期的变化。方法对41例长期住院精神分裂症患者进行P300检测,并分析Fz、Cz、Pz点的波幅和潜伏期。结果①患者组男性与女性Cz、Pz点的波幅存在显著性差异(Cz点t=-3.70,P=0.001;Pz点t=-2.17,P=0.036),女性的波幅比男性高;②患者组吸烟与不吸烟者Fz、Cz、Pz点的波幅均存在显著性差异(Fz点t=2.55,P=0.020;Cz点t=2.65,P=0.012;Pz点t=2.52,P=0.017),吸烟者波幅比不吸烟者高;③患者Cz点波幅与首次治疗年龄存在正相关(r=0.33,P=0.04)。结论男性患者、不吸烟患者大脑兴奋性更差,部分P300指标受首次治疗年龄影响。Objective To investigate the changes of the latency and amplitude of event-related potential（P300）in long-term schizo- phrenia. Methods 41 long-term schizophrenia were measured event-related potential（P300） at the Cz, Fz, Pz. Results （1） Cz, Pz point had significant differences in amplitude of male and female patients （ Cz t = -3.70, P = 0.001 ;Pz t = -2. 17, P = 0.036） , The female~ am- plitudes were higher than the male＇s. （2） Fz, Cz, Pz point had significant differences in amplitude of smoking and no-smoking patients（ Fz t =2. 55 ,P =0. 020;Cz t =2. 65,P =0. 012;Pz t =2. 52,P =0. 017） ,The smoking＇samplitudes were higher than the no-smoking＇s. （3） The amplitude of Cz point and the age of Initial treatment has a positively correlation（ r = 0. 33,P = 0. 04 ）. Conclusion Male patients＇s and no-smoking patients＇brain excitability are worse. Some P300 indexes are influenced by the age of initial treatment.
