医学生的防御方式与人格的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨医学生防御方式与人格的关系,以指导心理健康教育。方法采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对240名医学生进行测量并收集收据,用SPSS 16.0对收集到的数据进行相关分析。结果①医学生防御方式与人格各维度相关显著,其中精神病质(P)与不成熟的防御方式呈显著正相关(r=0.311,P<0.01),与成熟的防御方式(除幽默外)呈负相关,与回避、假性利他、否认、期望等中间型防御方式呈负相关;②内外倾(E)与不成熟的防御方式呈显著的负相关(r=-0.329,P<0.01),与成熟的防御方式呈显著的正相关(r=0.280,P<0.01),与制止、回避、理想化、同一化、交往和消耗倾向等中间型成熟的防御方式呈负相关,与其余的各维度呈正相关;③神经质(N)与不成熟的防御方式呈显著负相关(r=-0.539,P<0.01),与成熟的防御方式呈负相关(r=-0.117,P>0.05),与中间型防御方式呈显著的正相关(r=0.294,P<0.01);④掩饰性(L)与防御方式中的掩饰因子呈负相关(r=-0.143,P<0.05);⑤逐步回归分析表明,人格的各个维度能够影响到防御方式的类型选择和防御方式策略的使用,其中神经质(N)对于不成熟型防御方式和中间型策略的选择影响最大,其次是内外倾(E)对于成熟型防御方式的选择影响最大,精神质(P)和掩饰性(L)影响到中间型防御方式。结论人格的各维度能够影响到防御方式的选择,可以运用EPQ的各个维度来预测防御方式的选择。Objective To explore the relationship between defense style and personality traits of medical students. Methods Using DSQ and EPQ to measure 240 medical students and collect data, and SPSS16.0 was used to correlation analysis. Results （1） Medical students defends style was related to personality trait, psychoticism （P） was positively related to immature defense style （ r = 0.311, P 〈 0.01 ）, negatively related to mature defense style（ besides humor） and neurotic mechanism. （2） Extraversion （ E ） was negative correlation with immature defense style （ r = -0. 329, P 〈 0.01 ）, and positive correlation with mature defense style （ r = 0. 280, P 〈 0.01 ）, negative correlation with neurotic mechanism. （3）Neuroticism（N） was positive correlation with immature defense style （r = 0. 539, P 〈 0.01 ）, and negative correlation with mature defense style （ r = -0. 117, P 〈 0.01 ）, positive correlation with neurotic mechanism （ r =0. 294, P 〈 0.01 ）. （4）Lie（L） was negative correlation with concealing（ r = -0. 143 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. （5）Stepwise regression analysis showed that dimensions of personality could affect the type of defense style choice and the use of defense strategy, Neuroticism （N） was the biggest effect on imma- ture defense style and neurotic mechanism, extraversion（E） was the biggest effect on mature defense style, psychoticism（P） and lie （L）af- fected neurotic mechanism. Conclusion Personality can affect the choice of defense style, the various dimensions of EPQ can be used to predict the choice of defense strategy.
