大学生心理资本与职业决策困难的关系

摘　　要：目的在分别探讨大学生心理资本和职业决策困难状况的基础上,进一步探讨大学生心理资本及各维度与职业决策困难的相关性及心理资本对职业决策困难的预测度。方法采用成熟的心理资本量表(PC)和大学生职业决策困难问卷(CDDQ)对391名大四毕业生进行调查,进而采用单因素方差分析、相关分析及回归分析等统计方法对毕业生的心理资本与职业决策困难现状及两者之间的关系进行探讨。结果不同性别的大学生在职业决策困难的信息探索维度上存在显著差异(t=4.797,P<0.01),在心理资本方面也存在显著差异(t=2.324,P<0.05);不同专业的学生在职业决策困难的职业信息探索维度上存在显著差异(F=7.762,P<0.01),在心理资本方面也存在显著差异(F=7.173,P<0.01);在父母有无参与过职业目标选择方面,职业决策困难不存在显著差异。大学生心理资本各维度与职业决策困难各维度及总分存在显著相关。结论心理资本的奋发进取、尊敬谦让、乐观希望、自信勇敢4个因子对大学生职业决策困难有显著的预测作用。Objective Based on the discussing the state of the psychological capital and the career decision-making difficulties re- spectively, to explore the relationship between psychological capital with its dimension and career decision-making difficulties and further discuss that how psychological capital predict the career decision-making diffieuhies. Methods A total of 391 undergraduates were test- ed by the psychological capital scale（PC） and the career decision-making questionnaires（ CDDQ）. The statistic methods of One- Factor Analysis of Variance, Correlation and Regression were used to test the present state of the undergraduates＇psychological capital, the career decision-making difficulties and their relationship. Results Significant difference existed in the obtaining information dimension （t = 4. 797, P 〈 0.01 ）and psychological capital（ t = 2. 324 ,P 〈 0.05 ）between different gender; Undergraduates with different professional had significant differences in the obtaining information dimension （ F = 7. 762, P 〈 0.01 ） and psychological capital （ F = 7. 173, P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no significant differences on the career decision-making difficulties whether their parents joined the process of deciding job or not. The significant correlation existed between the factors of psychological capital and career decision-making difficulties. Conclusion The factors of strenuous enterprising, respect self-effacing, optimistic hope, self-confidence and courage in psychological capital have sig- nificant effects to predict the career decision-making difficulties.
