高职院校思想政治理论课教师职业倦怠原因分析

摘　　要：本文在问卷调查及个别访谈基础上,提出教师职业倦怠这一问题,从社会、学校、教师、思政课教学要求、学生态度五个方面进行了原因分析,并论述了解决问题的有效途径。This paper raises the problem of occupational boredom of teachers on the basis of the questionnaire survey and individual interviews, analyzes the reasons from five aspects of society, schools, teachers, teaching requirements of ideological and political course, and students＇ attitudes, and discusses the effective ways to solve the problem.
