摘　　要：食品安全风险是当前世界性普遍存在的社会风险之一,是客观存在的,包括自然风险和人为风险。食品安全风险威胁着公众的安全,威胁着社会公共安全。控制食品安全风险,可以预防食品安全事故,从根本上解决食品安全问题。控制食品安全风险,要确立以人为本、可持续发展和科学原则的价值取向,要建立与健全食品安全风险预防及预警制度,要加强食品安全风险信息的公开工作。The food safety risk is one of the universal safety risk m the woria, lne tooct salety risk threaten the public safety in the objective. The food safety risk includes the natural risk and the man- made risk, they are objective and threaten the public safety. We must control the food safety risk and prevent the food safety accident in order to solve the food safety problem in radical. We must take the value of food safety risk control and build up the system of risk prevent, strengthen the job of the information open.
