摘  要:针对悬架车辆与桥梁的非线性耦合作用,提出一种新的四自由度非线性悬架半车模型的振动微分方程;采用基于威尔逊-θ法开发的微分方程求解程序求解车辆振动响应;利用有限元方法,得出了不同桥面不平度桥梁在不同车速作用下的挠度动态响应规律。数值分析表明:车辆悬架系统的特性对桥梁动荷载系数影响较大,在文中设定的非线性悬架参数车辆作用下,考虑车辆的非线性悬架系统使得简支梁的动荷载系数显著减小;连续梁的动荷载系数普遍大于相应车速下线性悬架车辆作用下的动荷载系数,尤其在桥面状况较差且货车通常运行的低速时较明显,非线性悬架系统车辆会加剧连续梁耦合振动。A differential equation of coupling vibration between a four degree vehicle model with nonlinear suspension and bridge was advanced. The vehicle vibration response was calculated by using MATLAB based on the method of Wil- son-0, and then the principle variation of bridge deflection was calculated with two variable parameters: the bridge deck roughness and the vehicle speed by using the method of finite of element. The results show that the automotive suspension characteristics have great influence on the dynamic amplification factor of bridge. The dynamic amplification factors of simple beam under the action of nonlinear suspension vehicle are smaller than those under the action of linear suspension vehicle,and a significant vibration reduction is available due to the nonlinear suspension. The dynamic amplification factors of continuous beam under the action of nonlinear suspension vehicle are generally greater than those under the action o{ linear suspension vehicle, especially under the terms of poor bridge deck and the speed that tracks usually run, and the nonlinear suspension vehicle will intensify the coupled vibration of continuous beam.
