行为-心理测定量表对青少年水果蔬菜摄入的评价

摘　　要：目的编制青少年水果蔬菜摄入行为-心理测定量表，评价其信度和效度。方法采用多阶段抽样法对三个城市3600名中学生进行问卷调查。用Cronbach’s α系数和分半信度检验其信度；用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析检验其结构效度，用条目一维度相关系数（IIC）、维度间相关系数、总分与维度间的相关系数检验内容效度。结果该量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0．917，改变策略、决策平衡正向效应、决策平衡负向效应、自我效能四个维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0．917、0．869、0．679、0．846；总量表的分半信度为0．929，各分半信度在0．312～0．882；探索性因子分析显示：三个维度的条目分别全部被纳入，且累计贡献率均大于50％；验证性因子分析显示：绝对拟合优度指标中GFI=0．983、AGFI=0．971、RMSEA=O．030（90％可信区间=0．028—0．032）均满足条件，模型拟合较好；IIC结果显示，四个维度与所含条目之间的Spearman相关系数的范围分别为0．508～0．778、0．719N0．825、0．561～0．790、0．659～0．779，各维度之间有中度的相关关系，r值范围0．474～0．597。结论青少年水果蔬菜行为-心理测定量表在中学生中具有较好的信度和效度，在整体上适用于国内青少年水果蔬菜行为-心理的测量。Objective To develop behavior-psychological scale evaluation of fruit and vegetable intake in adolescent, and assess its validity and reliability. Methods A total of 3600 junior students were investigated by questionaire through multistage sampling method. The reliability was assessed using Cronbach ＇ sct and split-halves reliability test. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the structure validity. The content validity was tested by entire - dimensions correlation coefficient （IIC）, correlation between the scores and dimension. Results The internal consistency reliability for total scale score （Cronbach ＇ s a = 0.917）, and Cronbach ＇ s α of four dimensions were 0.917, 0.869, 0.679, 0.846 respectively; Four dimensions split-halves reliability ranged from 0.312 to 0.882. Exploratory factor analysis revealed that three dimensions were well incorporated, and the cumulative contribution rate was more than 50%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the absolute goodness of fit was satisfied （GFI=0.983, AGFI=0.971, RMSEA=0.030 90% confidence interval=0.028-0.032 ）, The results of IIC showed that Spearman correlation coefficient in four dimensions and their items were 0.508-0.778, 0.719-0.825, 0.561-0.790, 0.659-0.779, respectively. Each dimension had moderate relationship, and r ranged from 0.474 to 0.593. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the behavior- psychological scale developed was good, and can be applied in behavior-psychological measurement of adolescent fruit and vegetable intake.
