摘 要:本研究对2000年以来国内外幼儿游戏治疗的相关实证研究文献进行梳理,结果发现,(1)幼儿游戏治疗的对象一般是行为及心理发展存在障碍的幼儿。(2)已有游戏治疗多采用倒返实验设计,通过多基线比照考察干预效果。(3)幼儿游戏治疗干预措施多样.较典型的治疗方案是“儿童中心游戏治疗”,国内有研究者对此从多角度进行了探索。但程序尚没有十分系统化。(4)有研究者对游戏治疗评估工具的信效度和已有游戏治疗效果进行了检验,发现效果良好。最后,本研究对幼儿游戏治疗实证研究的趋势进行了展望。This study is based on a review of related academic works or papers about play therapy for early child at home and abroad since 2000. The results show that (1) the research object of play therapy for early children are usually those who have certain behavioral and developmental obstacles; (2) the empirical researches usually use reversal design, which set several baseline comparisons to examine the effects of play therapy; (3) the intervening measures of play therapy for early child are various and the representative one is Child-Centered Play Therapy, which have been explored and studied by Chinese researchers from many perspectives, though the procedures are less systematic; and (4) some researchers have examined the reliability and validity of evaluation tools for the play therapy and confirmed that the play therapy result is favorable. Finally, this paper presents the prospects on the empirical research tendency of play therapy for early child.
