摘 要:考察了助熔剂的添加方式、细度、种类以及添加量对硅藻土助滤剂性能的影响。在没有合适喷雾装置的情况下,助熔剂干法加入混合效果最好,干法添加时助熔剂的细度应根据过滤过程中过滤速度、滤液澄清度的不同需求来确定。临江硅藻土、Na2CO3、NaCl、NaOH、KCl和KOH都是有效的助熔剂,但在添加量相同的情况下,7%添加量的Na2CO3效果最优,可获得具有较高渗透率6.61D以及良好啤酒滤液澄清度的助滤剂。The effect of fluxing agent adding methods, granularity, composition and fluxing agent addition on the properties of diatomite filter aid was investigated. In the absence of suitable spraying device, dry blending process with the addition of fluxing agent was the optimum method, and the granularity of fluxing agent should be selected according to the flow rate or clarity of the filtrates. The Linjiang diatomite, Na2CO3, NaCl, NaOH, KCl and KOH were all effective fluxing agents. However, Na2CO3 7% was the optimum under the same addition, such that the filter aid with highest permeability 6.61 D and highest beer filtrate clarity was obtained.
