摘  要:学生评教作为高校了解教师教学状况、促进教师改进教学、提高教学质量的重要手段在我国高校广泛开展,但对其有效性的质疑声从未间断。通过对学生评价现状调查问卷的数据统计分析发现,部分学生认识到评教工作的意义及必要性,但还存在评教的目的不明确、参与评教的积极性一般、评教的指标体系不合理、宣传工作不到位、评教结果的反馈不足等问题。因此高校在今后的学生评教工作中需要进一步加强宣传,引导学生积极参与;尊重学生的主体地位,增加学生视角的评教指标体系;加强沟通与交流、重视评教结果的使用与反馈。Students' evaluation of teaching is an important means to promote teachers to improve teaching technique and quality,which now has been widely carried out in the university. But effectiveness is constantly the target of criticism in our country.Through questionnaires and statistical analysis of the status quo of students ' evaluation of teaching,it is found that some students recognize the significance and necessity of evaluating teaching,but since the purpose of evaluating teaching is not clear,the enthusiasm for teaching evaluation is not very high.The evaluation index system is not viewed as reasonable,publicity is not in place,and the feedback of teaching evaluation is insufficient.So,in future teaching evaluation,some measures should be taken: 1) reinforce publicity and guide students to actively participate in teaching evaluation; 2) respect the dominant position of students; 3) complement the teaching evaluation index system from the students' perspective; 4) strengthen communication and exchanges; and,5) value the application and feedback of teaching evaluation results.
