昆山市卫生监督人员学历变化情况分析

摘　　要：目的:对昆山市卫生监督人员学历水平和专业变动情况进行调查分析,了解昆山市卫生监督人员接受在职教育情况。方法:设计卫生监督机构人员调查表,对昆山市卫生监督机构所有从业人员的专业和学历情况进行调查。结果:昆山市卫生监督人员从进入机构到2012年期间,通过在职教育,大专以上学历水平所占比例从82.52%提升至93.70%,本科以上学历水平所占比例从54.55%增加至75.52%;拥有3个专业学历的人员占50.35%,具有2个专业学历的占41.96%;发生专业变动的人员占34.97%。结论:通过在职教育,卫生监督人员整体学历水平得到明显提升。Objective A survey had been conducted among the health supervisors in Kunshan City to anal- yse the health supervision personnel educational level , professional changes and the situation of the continuing ed- ucation. Methods A questionnaire about the health supervision agency staff was made to investigate all practitioners ＇ major and educational background in the health supervision institutions. Results From the moment entering the institution to 2012,through continuing education, the proportion of college degree or above had increased from 82.52% to 93.70%,bachelor degree or above had increased from 54.55% to 75.52%.50.35% of staff had 3 profes- sional degrees, 41.96% of staff had 2 professional degrees.34.97% of staff had changed their major. Conclusions： Through continuing education health supervisors＇ educational level had been improved significantly.
