摘　　要：通过对昆山市卫生监督分所建设情况,包括机构组织架构、人员基本情况、经费建设情况、快检设备和执法取证工具配置,以及房屋建设等情况的调查分析,了解分所体系建设的整体状况。经过调查研究发现,昆山市卫生监督分所机构建设成效显著,并提出加强分所人员建设,提升基础设施建设、能力建设和信息化建设水平,完善分所经费保障机制和优化绩效考核机制等工作建议。By investigating the construction of Kunshan Health Supervision Branch, including the institutional organizational structure, the staff, finance, quickly seized equipment configuration and housing situation, to learn the whole architecture of the branch system. The study showed that the construction of kunshan health supervision branch is effective, and then put forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of branch staff and im- prove conditions for construction, ability building and the level of informatization construction improve the mecha- nism for ensuring adequate funding for branch and optimize the performance evaluation mechanism.
