摘　　要：论述了创建特色学科专业的必要性，并对确立特色学科专业的原则、特色学科专业应具备的条件以及特色学科专业的建设与管理等进行了探讨。This paper expounds the necessity of establishi ng characteristic courses and specialities. In addition, it probes into the esta blishing principle, the conditions and the management of characteristic courses.
