摘 要:鉴于工业机器人的广泛运用,建立机器人焊接是提高造船自动化水平的重要途径。创建船体分段焊接模型,运用DELMIA/Robotics对船体分段焊接过程进行离线仿真。研究复杂空间环境下机器人焊接过程中任务仿真、路径规划、碰撞干涉、离线编程等问题,验证造船机器人焊接的可行性、安全性,对机器人在造船中的运用提供了指导依据。In view of the widespread application of industrial robots, the establishment of robot welding is an important way to improve shipbuilding automation level. A hull block welding model was created and the off-line simulation for hull block welding process based on DELMIA/ Robotics was conducted in this paper .The task simulation, path planning, collision interference, off-line programming and other issues during the robot welding process under the complex space environment were studied, the feasibility and security of shipbuilding welding robot were verified, thus a guidance for the application of robot in shipbuilding was provided.
