摘　　要：随着农村留守妇女上班族力量的不断壮大,其生存现状也越来越受到关注,尤其是农村留守妇女上班族的闲暇生活和闲暇需求等相关问题。从成人教育学视角,通过对这一群体闲暇生活状况进行分析,并尝试对其闲暇生活状况的改善提出合理化建议。The survival situation , the leisure life and demand and the related problems are becoming a topic of concern with the growing number of the rural left - behind women workers forces. This paper analyses the actual life situation of this group from the perspective of adult education and puts forward suggestions to improve it.
