摘  要:DHA是二十二碳六烯酸(Docoseahexaenoic acid)的简称,为人体必需的ω-3系长链多不饱和脂肪酸。DHA对人体有重要作用,能促进婴幼儿生长发育,防治成人心血管疾病,延缓衰老、预防老年痴,保护视网膜、改善视力,抗癌、抗炎症等。近年来,随着人们保健意识的增强,DHA在食品添加中的研究与应用也更广泛和深入。目前,我国人群的DHA摄入量不足,及时补充足量DHA很有必要。DHA is the short name of Docoseahexaenoic acid, which is a long chain (o-3 series of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, and plays an important role in the human body, it can promote the growth and development of infants and young children ; prevent adult car- diovascular disease and caducity, prevent senile crazy, protect the retina, improving vision, and have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties, etc. In recent years, as people's awareness of health, DI4A research and application in the food additive are also wider and dee- per. Currently, DHA intake of China's population was insufficient, replenishing enough DHA wasnecessary.
