浓香型烤烟多酚类物质含量与外观质量的关系分析

摘　　要：以河南27个浓香型主产烟区的55份烤烟C3F为材料,研究了浓香型烤烟中多酚类物质含量与外观质量关系。结果表明:①绿原酸、芸香苷含量除与身份得分呈显著正相关外,与其它外观质量指标均呈负相关或显著负相关;②莨菪亭含量与颜色、成熟度、叶片结构、身份均呈正相关或显著正相关;与油分、色度呈负相关或显著负相关;③回归分析和通径分析结果也表明,烟叶外观质量指标尤其是颜色、成熟度、油分与多酚类物质含量关系密切。In this paper,taken the 55 tobacco leave C3 F as samples from 27 aromatic flue-cured tobacco production areas of Henan,the relationship between polyphenol material content and appearance quality in thick flavor enriched flue-cured tobacco was investigated.The results showed that：（i） The content of chlorogenic acid and rutin negatively correlated or significantly negatively correlated with all indicators of appearance quality except that significantly positively correlated with the scores of body; （ii）The content of scopoletin positively correlated or significandy positively correlated with color,maturity stage,leave structure and body,and negatively correlated or negatively positively correlated with oil content and chroma; （iii） Regression analysis and path analysis also showed that the indicators of appearance quality especially color,maturity stage and oil content had close relations with the content of polyphenol material.
