摘  要:目的:为菊科八味草药提供一种快速、准确的鉴定方法。方法:以菊科常用八味草药为研究对象,采用电子鼻技术建立其气味指纹图谱,结合数据挖掘技术(主成分分析法)建立判别模型。结果:基于气味指纹图谱建立的PCA判别模型,可用于菊科八味草药的鉴别。结论:电子鼻结合主成分分析法可望成为一种鉴别菊科草药的分析手段。Objective: To provide a rapid and reliable method for identification of eight kinds of herbal medicines from Asteraceae family. Methods: Eight different kinds of plants from Asteraceae family were collected and electronic nose (E-nose) was applied to obtain their odor fingerprints. Meanwhile, one kind of data mining technologies (principal component analysis, PCA) was employed to establish the discriminative model. Results: These eight kinds of herbal medicines from Asteraceae family could be classified in this computing model based on their odor fingerprints and PCA. Conclusion: Coupled with PCA enables E-nose as a potential method for identification of herbal medicines from Asteraceae family.
