摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)对食用油中两种邻苯二甲酸酯污染物(邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP))进行定性和定量分析的方法.样品用甲醇离心萃取,经弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化后,用HPLC进行定性和定量分析.结果表明:邻苯二甲酸二乙酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯在5.0~40mg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(R2)均大于0.998,三个水平的样品添加回收率在82.2% ~90.4%,精密度在0.14%~2.52%之间,两种目标化合物的检出限为0.1mg/L和0.05mg/L.本方法具有操作简单、精密度高、重现性好等优点,适用于食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的检测.A method based on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for the determination of two phthalic acid esters (diethyl phthalate (DEP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP)) in edible oil.The sample was extracted by methanol and the extract was purified with florisil column,then identified and quantified by HPLC.The results showed that linearity of response over 2 phthalic acid esters was good from 5.0 to 40.0 mg/L with correlation coefficients higher than 0.998.The average recoveries were from 82.2% to 90.4% for two compounds at three different spiked levels.The relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.14% ~ 2.52%.The detection limits of DEP and DBP were 0.1 mg/L and 0.05 mg/L,respectively.The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of phthalate acid esters in edible oil.
