“中国梦”内蕴的合规律性与合目的性

摘　　要：自近代以来就已经开启的"中国梦",在今天被从一个历史的新高度提出来,形成了未来中国社会发展的总体目标。这意味着在中国特色社会主义语境下,在改革开放已经行进了三十几年的今天,"中国梦"的实现已经具备了一定的基础,是可以期待的了。也正是中国特色社会主义这一前提,使"中国梦"具有了合规律性与合目的性的支撑。"中国梦"的合规律性,具体体现为它在性质上具有合理性和合法性,在方向上符合历史前进的趋势,在时间上具有可持续性,并且最终体现在它的实现是客观的、不可抗拒的。合规律性使"中国梦"从根本上具有了科学性。而"中国梦"的合目的性,则具体体现在它包含着合理的计划性,蕴含着强大的创造力,作为强大的精神动力可以指导实践、改造客观世界,同时,它可以指导人积极地行动。合目的性赋予了"中国梦"以强大的精神动力,只有做到合规律性与合目的性的统一,伟大的"中国梦"的实现才得以可能。China Dream that has been advocated since the modern times is put forward once again today from the new height of history, and formed the future overall objective in social development of China. This means that the realization of China Dream has already obtained a certain foundation and been expected in the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics after thirty years＆#39; reform and opening up. It is also the premise of socialism with Chinese characteristics. China Dream has the support of integration of regularity and purposefulness. Regularity of China Dream is embodied as it has rationality and legitimacy in nature, and it accords with the progress of history trend in the direction and is sustainable in time, and ultimately reflects that its implementation is objective and irresistible. Regularity makes China Dream be scientific fundamentally. Moreover, purposefulness of China Dream is embodied as it has reasonable planning and strong creativity, and it can guide practice and transform the objective world as a strong spiritual power. At the same time, it can guide people positive action. Purposefulness gives China Dream strong spiritual power. Only to achieve unity of integration of regularity and purposefulness can the realization of great China Dream be possible.
