摘　　要：抚顺职业技术学院建筑工程技术专业进行了一系列改革和探索:创新人才培养模式;基于工作过程构建课程体系;校企实现深度合作,共建实训中心,建设成教产研于一体的校企共享、共建的实训基地;联合培养了一支师德高尚、实践经验丰富、教学效果优良、服务建设行业的"双师型"教师团队。因此,学生的培养质量明显提高,近年来毕业生就业率保持在98%以上,就业质量较高,工作表现突出,受到社会的广泛好评。The architectural engineering technology major in Fushun Vocational Technology Institute has made a series of exploration in the innovation of talents training mode; the construction of curriculum system based on working process; construction, the deep fusion of college-enterprise cooperation,co-construciton of practial training center, the construction of the shared productive practical training base with integration of teaching, producing and research. The two parties jointly cultivate a ＂double type＂ teachers team with noble ethics, rich practical experience, good teaching effect, and serving the architectural industry. The students cultivation quality is improved significantly, the employment rate remains over 98%, the employment quality is high, job performance is outstanding, and graduates have been widely praised.
