促进大学教师发展的管理环境探讨

摘　　要：文章分析了影响大学教师发展的管理困境为:功利主义取向的大学管理影响教师的专业判断、科研管理量化影响教师的科研质量、管理行政化制约教师学术权力的充分行使。据此提出破解管理困局的建议为:大学教师坚守学术良知、树立促进教师专业发展的管理理念、提升大学管理者的人文素养、优化管理环境与制度等方面促进教师发展。The article surveyed such predicaments of college teachers development management as the utilitarian orientation affecting teachers＇ special judgement, quantified scientific research downplaying its quality and administrative management restricting teachers＇ academic authority. It, therefore, suggests that teachers development be advanced through enhancing academic conscience, professional development consciousness, management humanities literacy, optimized management environment and system.
