摘　　要：理解非正式学习和EPSS的内涵,探讨基于EPSS的非正式学习的内涵和特征。工作场所中员工基于车载诊断系统的学习是基于EPSS的非正式学习的一种典型方式,分析其学习效果,证明基于EPSS的非正式学习是一种有效的学习方式,能够提高员工的职业能力和工作绩效。By understanding the connotation of informal learning and EPSS, the connotation and characteristics of informal learning based on EPSS is discussed. Employees based on the study of on-board diagnosis system in the workplace is a typical way of informal learning based on EPSS, the paper analyzes the learning effect, and proves that the informal learning based on EPSS is an effective way of learning and improves the Employees’ professional ability and work performance.
