摘 要:驱动小功率直流力矩电机时,传统的由IGBT组成的驱动电路的性能得不到充分利用,电路实现较复杂、成本较高。 A3988可用来代替由IGBT组成的驱动电路。基于A3988的伺服控制系统对简化硬件电路和降低控制器软件计算时间有所帮助。基于A3988+MCU的电机伺服控制系统相比于一般的基于DSP+IPM的伺服系统在硬件设计上能节约75%~80%成本,在功率允许的条件下,对于多路电机的控制A3988比IPM的优势更加明显。If drive a low power DC torque motor, traditional driving circuit made of IGBT could not be brought into full play, and its circuit was more complex and expensive. A3988 could take the place of IGBT driving circuit, and servo control system based on A3988 had more simple hardware circuit and less software calculation time. Control system based on A3988 + MCU could reduce 75% ~80% cost compared with the general system based on DSP +IPM in aspect of hardware. And A3988 had more advantages of IPM on the control of several DC motors in the condition of power allowed.
