摘　　要：幼儿园教师职业准入社会教育知识技能标准应包括社会常识、幼儿社会性发展知识、幼儿园社会教育知识、幼儿园社会教育技能4个领域15项基本要求。如此构建的标准符合幼儿社会性发展和幼儿园社会教育的实际与需要,符合幼儿园教师专业化要求。应将幼儿教师准入标准纳入国家考试标准,将幼儿教师资格认定机构权限由县级教育行政机关上收至市级教育行政机关;应根据幼儿教师准入标准设计和实施适应幼儿园教育特点的学前教育专业课程体系与实践教学体系。The social education knowledge and skill standard that kindergarten teachers should achieve can be constructed as common sense, children＇s social development knowledge, and the knowledge and skill of social education in kindergarten. The standard meets the actual need of children＇s social development and social education in kindergarten. At the same time, we put forward some suggestions on the implementation of the standard.
