摘 要:随着城市地铁盾构隧道的日益兴建,球状风化体作为影响盾构顺利掘进的重难点愈发凸显,盾构区间球状风化体的预处理技术已成为国内外研究的热点。综述已有文献,在对球状风化体形成机理、原因及处理必要性分析的基础上,根据其形状、大小、所处地理位置,结合周边环境的实际情况,且综合考虑技术、成本、工期、安全等因素,将盾构区间球状风化体预处理分为:直接掘进通过、地表预处理、洞内处理三大类,并详细论述了九种处理方法的适用范围、优缺点。最后,提出现场处理的合理化建议,为盾构区间风化体的预处理技术提供指导。With the construction of city metro shield tunnel large cross-section in China,spherical weathering body as key and difficult points of influence the shield smooth driving become more promi-nent.The preprocessing technology of spherical weathering body in shield interval is becoming a research hotspot.Summary of existing literatures,based on formation mechanism,causes and the necessity treat-ment of the spherical weathering body,according to the shape,size and geographical position,combining with the actual situation of the surrounding environment,and considering the technical,cost and time limit,safety factors,The method which used to pretreatment the spherical weathering body can be divid-ed direct tunneling through,surface pretreatment,hole processing.This paper discusses in detail the ap-plication scope,advantage and disadvantage of the nine treatments.Finally,proposed the spherical weathering body treatment rationalization proposals,which providing technical guidance for preprocessing in shield interval.
