摘　　要：本文对1999-2013年有关社会资本、组织学习与知识创造关系的实证研究文献进行检索,筛选出符合元分析技术要求的研究样本。通过元分析技术综合并统一这两个层面中片面、分散的甚至不一致的研究结论。本文基于现有的理论文献,提出社会资本、组织学习与知识创造的研究假设。通过元分析结果,发现除社会资本中的关系数量、关系强度以及网络中心性的研究假设外,其他被测的研究假设均得到了支持。基于提出的研究假设,本文进行了进一步的讨论分析。This paper retrieved empirical literature relating to social capital, organizational learning and knowledge creation from 1999 to 2013, and filtered samples that meet the requirements of meta- analysis technique. This paper tried to summary and integrate the one - sided, scattered research results to have a comprehensive and universal understanding on influence factors of knowledge creation. Based on the existing theoretical literature, this paper proposed hypothesis of between social capital, organi- zational learning and knowledge creation. The result found that in addition to the number of relationship, the intensity of relation- ship and centric nature of network, other tested research hypotheses were supported. Based on the hypothesis which was not sup- ported, the paper was further discussed and analyzed.
