从就业指导中反思高校人才培养制度与条件建设

摘　　要：近年来大学生就业难问题受到全社会的广泛关注。从就业指导工作发展的历程和现状来看,高校人才培养缺失的原因包括学校的跨越式发展,更多的目光是仅对准市场的需求;政府的导向功能滞后;家庭、学校、社会等教育环节没有科学有序地衔接起来。高校做为人才培养的主阵地,要在人才培养制度与条件建设方面进行改进与创新,着力提高教育教学质量,加强教育教学改革,建立新机制,创造有利于大学生成长的环境条件,培养更多适合社会发展需要的合格人才。In recent years,the difficulty of college students＇ employment has attracted extensive attention in the whole society.From the viewpoint of the course and current situation of the work of employment guidance,the reasons for university talents cultivation deficiency include the followings：universities leap-frog development only aiming at the demand of the market,government guidance functions lagging behind,and education segment between family,school and social education being not linked up scientifically and orderly.As the main place to cultivate talents,universities should reform and innovate in talents cultivation system and condition construction.Universities should improve teaching quality,strengthen education reformation,and establish a new mechanism to create environmental conditions conductive to college students＇ development and cultivate more qualified talents suitable for social developing needs.
