摘 要:本研究旨在评价超声引导在麻醉专业学生深静脉穿刺临床教学中的示教效果。选取麻醉系本科实习医师34名,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组17人,对照组采用解剖盲探法、实验组采用超声引导进行深静脉穿刺建立静脉通道的示教,然后采用解剖盲探法对两组实习医师进行考核。结果发现对照组和实验组一次穿刺成功率分别为41.2%和64.7%,误入动脉的发生率分别为33.3%和17.6%,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义。由此可见超声引导在麻醉科深静脉穿刺临床教学中具有明显优势,值得推广。To explore the value of ultrasound in clinical teaching of central venous cannulation. 34 interns were randomly divided into the control group and the study group (n = 17 in each group). The method of central venous cannulation was taught with anatomy blind puncture and ultrasound guidance respectively. The method of anatomy blind puncture was employed to assess the interns. The success rate of one time puncture was 41.2% and 64.7% in the control and study group respectively. The rate of puncture artery was 33.3% and 17.6% respectively. There is significant difference between the two groups. Ultrasound guidance possesses obvious advantage in clinical teaching of central venous cannulation and is deserved to promotion in clinical teaching.
