摘　　要：应用本硕博一贯制医学生模拟标准化病人进行临床教学和技能考核,并对受训者培训前、后的沟通能力、基本理论和技能、学习兴趣、自信力等方面进行研究。受训者通过培训明显加深了临床知识和技能的掌握,提高了自信度,表达沟通能力也得到增强,提示该方法对提高临床教学效果具有良好的作用。This paper analyzes the utilization of bachelors-masters-postmasters medical students as standardized patients in clinical edu- cation and training. Results show that medical students trained as standardized patients significantly have improved their elementary knowledge, basic clinical skills, communication skills and confidence, which suggest that the utilization of bachelors-masters-postmas- ters medical students as standardized patients in clinical education has good prospects.
