摘　　要：在深化高等医学教育改革的进程中,齐齐哈尔医学院于2008年组建了教学改革实验班。由于明确了培养目标、改革了课程体系、创新了教学方法、锻炼了师资队伍,教学改革实验班的探索已取得了初步成效。文章从五年的实际工作,从教改班的培养、管理和改革等方面,客观介绍了教学改革实验班进行的探索和实践。In the process in further reform of higher medical education reform, Qiqihar Medical College set up the teaching reform ex- perimental class in 2008. During the reform process, the education target was clear, the curriculum system was reformed, the teaching methods were innovated, and the teaching staff was trained, all of which means that the exploration of experimental class teaching re- form have achieved initial results.
