人力资源开发与高师继续教育的深化

摘　　要：研讨新形势下的继续教育问题 ,应当把人力资本理论作为研讨的基础理论和探索、设计、行动的指导思想。当前 ,高校要借助社会变革和教育改革的强大推动力 ,构建继续教育的新格局 ,设计科学、合理的符合我国国情的继续教育新体系 ,逐步开展不同类别的教育 ,尤其是高层次人才的进修提高教育 ,并确立综合目标要求。这种教育的总目标 ,是要充分开发在职人员的创造力 ,使他们在观念、知识、技能诸方面始终保持在最新水平线上。开展继续教育 ,还有一系列相关问题急待我们重新认识、深入探讨、并逐步加以解决。Indiscussing the problem on in-service education under new sistuation,we should regard the basic theory of human resources as the basic theory and the guiding ideology of exploring designing and aeting.At present, depending on strong thnlst from reform on society and education,we should form a new pattern and design a new scientific. reasonable education system tallying with our national sistuation, develop different types of education ,especial advanced studies and define overall object.The objeet is developing the creative power of persons being on the job, which keep them at their best in views,knowledge and ability.In addition, there is a serie of problems.that should be recongined, explored and solved. [
