摘　　要：笔者在生物技术制药课程教学中突破教材内容限制,重建课堂教学模块;注重文献阅读,引入"以文献为导向的自我学习"教学模式,加强学生科研思维训练;改进传统实验教学模式,设置生物技术制药综合性实验,强化实验技能、综合技能训练;实践证明我们进行的教学改革与探索对提高生物技术制药课程的教学质量及培养学生的科研技能等方面起到了积极的推动作用。This paper discussed the teaching exploration and fulfilllnent of biotechnologicul pharmaceutics in the teach- ing contents and methods. We broke through teaching - book content restrictions and reconstructed of classroom teaching lnodule. And we introduced of “Reference - induced Self - Education teaching” mode to strengthen the training of scientific research ability of students. We ilnproved the traditional experiment teaching mode and set up comprehensive experimental biotechnological pharlnaceutics for the purpose of strengthen experimental and comprehensive skills training of students. The results have proved that our practice and exploration of teaching reforln played a positive role in ilnproving the teaching quality of biotechnological pharlnaceutics course and the cultivation of students＇ scientific research ability.
