摘  要:目的 探讨“品管圈”运用于护理实习生分层次教学中的效果。方法 选取2012-2013年本院408例护理实习生作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,各204例。观察组采取“品管圈”方式进行分层次教学,对照组采取传统方式进行分层次教学,比较两组的临床效果。结果 观察组的考核合格率、语言规范率、沟通交流率、主动服务率及医务人员满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 开展“品管圈”活动可提高带教老师的工作积极性、护生的综合素质及患者满意度,提升医院的护理品牌效应。Objective To explore the effects of "quality control circle" applied in hierarchical teaching of nursing trainees. Methods 408 cases of nursing trainees in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 204 cases."quality control circle" with hierarchical teaching was used in observation group and the traditional way was used in control group.Clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results Examination pass rate,the rate of language specification,communication rate,active service rate and the medical staff satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion "Quality control circle" applied in hierarchical teaching of nursing intern can improve the enthusiasm of teacher,the comprehensive quality of nursing trainees and satisfaction of the patient, improve nursing brand effect of hospital.
