摘　　要："计算机程序设计"是全国高校非计算机专业本科教学中的公共基础课程,其抽象的概念、庞杂的内容给教师的教学和学生的学习带来了很大的困难。针对教学和课程学习中面临的主要问题,结合自身的教学经验,对课程的教学实施过程,包括内容、方法以及实践等进行了探讨,为非计算机专业的"计算机程序设计"课程的教与学提供一些观点和思路。＂Computer programming＂ is the foundation course for undergraduate students who do not major in computer. The abstract concept and the complex content pose a lot of difficulties for the teachers’ teaching and students’ learning. According to the main problems in teaching and learning, combining personal teaching experiences, we discuss the teaching process including the content, method and practice, thus providing some ideas for the teaching and learning of ＂computer programming＂ that is for undergraduate students who do not major in computer.
