摘　　要：早期的创造性研究是和人格心理学的研究紧密相联的,甚至认为人的创造性与病态人格有关。20世纪以来,许多研究者对上述观点持否定态度,任何优秀的创造者都具有独特的、良好的人格特征。近年来,教师的创新意识受到了国内外研究者极大的关注,我国大量研究者在中小学对教师的创新意识进行了深入系统的研究。在此基础上,为了激发学生的创造潜能,我们提出了构建创造潜能开发的环境的一些主张。Early creativity research was closely related to researches on personality psychology,even related to personality disorders.Since 20th century,many re- searchers had a negative attitude to the point of views above,instead,any good creator has unique personality traits.In recent years,the teacher＇s sense of innovation was widely noticed by researchers in and abroad,a large number of researchers of china carried out in-depth researches on innovation of teachers in pri- mary and secondary schools.We proposed some ad- vices on building environments that innovate creative potential.
