摘 要:针对正面摆锤撞击试验中重型平头商用车可能出现的乘员生存空间及悬置等连接结构完整性丧失这一问题,建立了ECE R29-03正面摆锤撞击试验动态模型,通过对碰撞过程中载荷传递路径的分析,设计了新型前悬置支架及吸能器结构,并在ECE R29-03正面摆锤撞击虚拟试验中验证了新型结构的有效性,为改进重型平头商用车的被动安全性提供了依据。Front pendulum impact test of flathead heavy commercial vehicle has potential of the losses of occupant survival space and structural integrity of the suspension and other connections. To overcome such problems, dynamic models of ECE R29-03 (European prevailing commercial vehicle passive safety regulation) front pendulum impact test was established. A new front suspension bracket and an energy absorber structure were designed based on the analysis of the load transmission path during collision process. The effectiveness of the new front suspension bracket and the energy absorber structure was verified in the ECE R29-03 front pendulum impact virtual test. This research provides the basis for improving passive safety of heavy flathead commercial vehicles.
