摘　　要：目的对一起食物中毒的可疑中毒食品和呕吐物进行分析,以确定引起中毒的原因。方法结合现场卫生学调查、流行病学调查、临床诊断症状等相关资料,分析调查可疑食物中毒的原因。结果在被检可疑中毒食品和呕吐物中检出亚硝酸盐。结论食用过量亚硝酸盐为引起此次食物中毒的原因,应加强监督管理,预防亚硝酸盐中毒事件的发生。Objective Analysis on suspicious poisonous food and vomitus in a food poisoning case were made to find out the causes of poisoning. Methods Combining with the on - site hygienic survey, epidemiological survey and clinical diagnosis, to analysis and investigate suspicious cause of the food poisoning. Results In the suspiciously poisonous food and vomitus nitrite was detected. Conclusions Excessive nitrite was the reason for the food poisoning, should focus on supervision and management, to prevent the happening of nitrite poisoning accidents.
