摘　　要：基于个人知识管理之学习、保存、共享、使用、创新这五个环节阐述外文学术期刊论文(文科)的写作策略,一般的外文期刊论文有题目、摘要和关键词、引言、正文章节、研究方法、结语和讨论、参考文献等一般要求。加强知识工作者个人知识管理有助于个人提高工作效率,增强个人竞争力。Based on the five links of study, storage, sharing, use and innovation of personal knowledge management, this paper elaborate the writing strategy of the foreign language academic journal articles（liberal arts）. The general foreign periodical has paper title, abstract, key words, preface, text chapters, research methods, conclusion, discussion and references, etc general requirements. Strengthening individual knowledge management of knowledge workers will help the individual improve work efficiency and strengthen the competitive power.
