摘　　要：本文系统分析了应用化学专业人才培养的现状和问题,提出了解决这些问题的对策和措施,并在教育教学过程中进行了有益的探索和实践,取得了令人满意的效果.The current situation and problems of the talent cultivation of applied chemistry are systematically analyzed in this paper. Some countermeasures are proposed to solve these problems. The beneficial exploration and practice in the teaching process was carried out, and the better effects were obtained.
