摘　　要：订单式人才培养模式是高校人才培养的重要路径之一.武夷学院按照这一模式,从整合人才培养方案、优化师资队伍建设、签订三方协议书、强化企业归属感、配备专班班主任五个方面,与福建南平太阳电缆股份有限公司成功开展了订单式人才培养活动.The Market-centered Educational Mode is one of the important models of talents cultivation in uni- versities. Wuyi University cultivate talents of the sun cable jointly Nanping cable, in accordance with the model, and optimize the faculty prise belonging, signed construction from the integration of talent, reinforced the faculty, the strengthened enter- the agreement of three parties, setting class supervising teacher to promote of ordering the talents training and education. However, there are some problems such as the management program enough to sim- plify, faculty need to be further reinforced. These need to be improved and solved step by step.
