摘　　要：在无边界职业生涯时代,随着职业生涯发展模式、生涯成功评价标准的变化,高职生职业发展软实力成为影响职业成功及生涯满意度的重要因素。职业发展软实力包含职业生涯主动性、心理适应能力、终身学习能力和社会关系网络管理能力。高校要重视职业发展软实力的全过程开发,高职生要以主体性的角色从学习、实践的积累中增强职业发展软实力。In the era of boundaryless career,the standards of individual career paths and success change greatly. It becomes an important aspect of designing the content and structure of career development of soft power. It includes four aspects, such as career development initiative, mental adaptability ,lifelong learning ability and social network management capabilities. Universities should pay attention to the whole process of career development of students. Higher vocational students should accumulate from the study and the social practice in order to enhance the soft power.
