摘 要:高浓度粘稠物料通过管道输送时会形成“浓密膏体”,属于现代管道输送技术新领域。为研究膏体在局部管道内的阻力损失,文章基于Ф200mm循环管道输送试验系统,测量不同浓度的煤泥在不同流速下弯管以及垂直管压力损失与直管压降的变化规律,通过对实验数据进行分析,最终得到90°弯管每米压降是水平直管每米压降的1.27~1.74倍,垂直管每米压降是水平直管每米压降的1.10-1.90倍,对工业现场膏体煤泥管道输送摩阻损失的计算具有一定的参考价值。High dense viscous materials would become "dense pastes" during the pipeline transportation and the pipeline transportation of the high dense viscous materials would be a new area of the modern pipeline transportation technology. In order to study the resistance loss of the paste in the local pipeline, based on a Ф200mm circulated pipeline transportation test system, the variation laws of the elbow and vertical pipe pressure loss as well as the straight pipe pressure drop under different velocity were measured for the different dense slime. With the analysis on the test data, the pressure drop of 90° elbow per meter obtained was 1.27 - 1.74 times higher than the pressure drop of the horizontal straight pipe per meter, the pressure drop of the vertical pipe per meter was 1.10 - 1.90 times higher than the pressure drop of the horizontal straight pipe per meter and all above would have certain references value to the calculation of the friction resistance loss for the pipeline transportation of the paste slime in the industrial site.
