摘  要:采用氨化处理方法对粉碎后的玉米秸秆进行预处理,利用糙皮侧耳Pleurotus ostreatus P5对氨化秸秆进行固态发酵,研究了在发酵过程中添加不同比例的酸改性方法处理的凹凸棒石粘土对固态发酵的影响;固态发酵15 d结束.结果表明,添加改性凹土可以有效提高发酵产物的粗蛋白含量,添加量为2%时粗蛋白含量最高,达19.26%;添加2%改性凹土可以明显增强漆酶酶活,对纤维素酶酶活也有所提高;添加改性凹土可在氨化处理的基础上进一步提高秸秆的消化率,提高其营养水平,具有较高的应用价值.Ammonia treatment methods was used as a pretreatment of crushed corn straw, attapulgite was modified by sulfuric acid, and the effect of adding different proportions of mod- ified attapulgite into solid-state fermentation of ammoniated corn straw by Pleurotus ostreatus P5 was studied. Fermentation experiments were carried out for 15 days, and the results showed that adding modified attapulgite could effectively improve the crude protein content of fermentation product, the highest crude protein content was found in the experiment group adding 2 % modified attapulgite, reaching 19.26 % adding modified attapulgite can significant- ly enhance laccase activity, and also improve the cellulase activity, also can increase the di- gestibility and nutritious level of corn straw, having high actual using value.
