摘　　要：在非物质文化遗产保护工作中,政府作为法定的主导者,高校作为文化传承的主力,各自具有天然的优势和劣势,也各自具有相应的责任和义务。二者的合作机制可以通过教育规划、项目带动、共建研究平台及灵活的人才交流等方式实现。In the protection of intangible cultural heritage, government is the director who has the natural advantage or disadvantage, and a corresponding responsibilities and obligations as well as the university who as the main of culture heritage. Cooperation mechanisms can be achieved through both formal education planning, project lead, a flexible research platform and personnel exchanges and other ways.
