遵义市两城区中小学体育师资队伍结构特征探析

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法对遵义市两城区中小学体育教师进行调查研究。结果表明:我市两城区体育教师呈现男多女少,学历较低,职称相对合理,年龄教龄结构合理,综合素质水平偏低,知识结构不合理等问题。Literature and questionnaire methods are used to investigate into the PE teachers in primary and high schools of zunyi city proper. The findings are as follows： women teachers are more than men teachers; most PE teachers＇ schooling degree is low; academic titles are relatively stable; and age level is reasonable; however, the whole quality of PE teachers is low and the knowledge structure is not reasonable.
