摘　　要：本文主要探讨院士工作站与高校协同创新培养研究生具有的重要意义和面临的困境,并通过分析提出切实可行的解决方案,激发院士工作站在研究生培养方面的潜力,促进高端人才培养,实现人才强国。This thesis focuses on the great significance and dilemma of collaborative innovation for postgraduate cultivation between academician work-station and colleges and universities and then put forward some feasible solutions in order to make the best of the potential of academician work-station in postgraduate cultivation,promote high-end talent cultivation and accomplish national the rejuvenation through human resources development.
