摘  要:对分离自宁波象山港海水样品中的一株产抗菌肽菌株Y-6进行鉴定。研究了菌株Y-6产抗菌物质对桃软腐菌的抑菌效果。通过形态学特征、生理生化特性以及16S rRNA将菌株Y-6鉴定到种。试验结果表明,Y-6菌株产抗菌肽对桃软腐菌有较强的抑制作用;Y-6菌株为革兰阳性菌,有芽孢居中生长;V-P试验、硝酸盐还原试验、淀粉水解和明胶液化试验、MR、柠檬酸盐利用试验、过氧化氢酶试验都呈阳性,而苯丙氨酸脱氨酶试验呈阴性;该菌能够利用蔗糖、分解酪氨酸,但不能利用麦芽糖和甘露醇;菌株的16S rRNA基因序列和枯草芽孢杆菌接近,其相似性达99.72%。依据《伯杰氏细菌鉴定手册》和16S rRNA同源性比较,将菌株Y-6鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。菌株Y-6在桃软腐菌的生物防治中有潜在的应用价值。The objective of this study was to identify the strain Y-6 from seawater on Ningbo Xiangshan harbor, which could produce antimicrobial peptide. Firstly, the inhibition effect of antimicrobial peptide from strain Y-6 on Rhizopus stolonifer was studied. The strain Y-6 was identified species by morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristic and 16S rRNA sequence analysis. The results showed that the peptide from strain Y-6 was inhibition activity against Rhizopus stolonifer. The strain was a Gram-positive bacteria with central spore; For strain Y-6, reacts of V-P test, nitrate reduction, amylolysis test, gelatin liquefaction, methyl red, citrate utilization, catalase were all positive, whereas that of phenylalanine deaminase was negative. Strain Y-6 could utilize sucrose and decompose tyrosine, but could not use maltose and mannitol. Analysis of its 16S rRNA sequence showed the closest match to that of Bacillus subtilis with a homology of 99.72%. Based on Bergey's Manual Determinative Bacteriology'sand 16S rRNA sequence analysis, the train Y-6 was finally identified Bacillus subtitis. Strain Y-6 was of potential application value in biological control of Rhizopus stolonifer.
