摘 要:目的:建立葡萄酒中75种农药残留的气相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。方法:样品经二氯甲烷提取,经过CarbonNH2Cartridger复合固相萃取柱净化处理后,采用GC—MS/MS在选择反应监测离子(SRM)@模式下进行质谱定性与内标法定量。结果:在50.0-500.0μg/L范围内,75种农药的回收率在60.0%-110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均在15%以内。结论:所建立的方法简便快捷,可满足检验检疫实际需求。Objective: To established a method for determination of 75 pesticides residues in grape wine by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Methods: After sample preparation, the sample were extracted with dichloromethane, clean-up was carried out with Carbon-NH2 Cartridges solid phase extraction. The solution was determined and confirmed by GC-MS/MS, quantitative analysis by internal standard method. Results: Within the range of 50.0-500.0 μg/L spiked level, the mean recoveries ranged from 60.0% to 110.0%, with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) under 15%. Conclusion: The proposed method simple and efficient, and can meet the practical needs of inspection and quarantine.
